Parent And Child
In this class parents and children will be guided through a series of partner yoga poses, relaxation techniques, guided meditations and discussions to foster a deep bond and open up communication channels. With so many children being involved in extracurricular activities, increasing school responsibilities, and social obligations parents often to not get to see or be present with their children. Light Heart offers a class like no other in which the parents actually get to stay with their child and experience the class together, with no prior yoga experience required. The physical, cognitive, and emotional benefits are double the fun, but most importantly we will build memories that can build the deep foundations of the parent and child relationship.
