Light Heart is a safe haven, where children, teens and families can learn to develop trust, foster confidence in themselves and the work we do together, and look forward to the beautiful therapeutic process that takes place when we align our hearts. In addition to therapeutic services, clients are welcome to partake in innovate group classes that are created not only to address the physical state, but also the state of our overstressed minds and hearts.
